Kiya K is a model and influencer with over 214 thousand followers on Instagram. She frequently shares posts showing her lavish lifestyle. Her profile shows she is a registered nurse. She runs a side business called 'Touched by Kiya,' a cosmetic enhancement service based in New York that offers services like Botox.

Last month, the influencer shared a post flaunting several Chanel bags. Netizens speculated that the rapper was the one to gift them after his former partner, Jayda Cheaves, made comments on Instagram, seemingly throwing shade at Kiya.
Kiya K reportedly liked a comment about Lil Baby under her birthday post, further fueling rumors
On September 26, Kiya shared a birthday post showing off several Chanel handbags and other gifts. Fans began speculating that she was dating Lil Baby after his ex Jayda Cheaves, shared an Instagram story stating she has "retired Ms. Chanel" and now loves Hermes.
For the unversed, Cheaves is an influencer and businesswoman who dated Lil Baby on and off for years before the pair called it quits in 2019. They share a son, Loyal Armani, born in 2019.
Kiya's post went viral with over 44 thousand likes. Some eagle-eyed fans saw the rapper had liked the post in mention.
The nurse's IG comments section was flooded with comments by the BAND4BAND singer's fans. They referenced his track Low Down from the 2020 album My Turn, in which he rhymes:
"I'm tired of these strippers, I'm going at nurses and doctors and dentists."
Another user commented:

The rumors gained fuel after Kiya's alleged ex threw shade at the rapper. As per an October 9 article by Sandrarose, a man claiming to be Kiya's former boyfriend shared an IG story taunting the Drip Too Hard rapper for dating his ex. Sharing a photo of him kissing Kiya on her cheek, he wrote:
"I don't understand how these famous people be f**king wit the same b*tches as me. I dubbed (sic) her cause she a h*e."
He continued:
"No shade. I'm just confused how you have access to all these things and they (sic) don't pick classy women."
