Guns N' Roses star Slash announced the death of his stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, on Instagram on July 22, 2024. Lucy-Bleu, who was 25, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024. In the heartfelt post, the British-American musician described Lucy-Bleu as a "talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul." He also requested privacy for the family as they cope with this tragic loss.
Lucy-Bleu was the daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight. Slash got together with Meegan in 1989. In 2015, they reportedly rekindled their relationship, making Lucy-Bleu his stepdaughter. No additional information about the cause of death has been revealed as of now.

Slash canceled four S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour shows shortly before announcing Lucy-Bleu's demise
According to her LinkedIn profile, the late Lucy-Bleu Knight was working as a manager for Electric Lady Management and had over 35,000 followers on Instagram. Shortly after her death, a post was uploaded from her account, featuring a selfie of Lucy and a caption that read:
"Whether I made you feel excluded, manipulated/ controlled you, told you to quit your day job from the comfort of being financially supported by my parents, or drowned real issues in toxic positivity-I am sorry..."
Additionally, Lucy-Bleu Knight was a tattoo artist as per her social media platform, where she would often flaunt her works as well.
A few hours before the Instagram post about Lucy-Bleu's passing, the Guns N' Roses star provided an update on his S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour via social media on July 21. He announced that four upcoming shows of the tour had to be canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances." The statement read:
"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour regrettably has to cancel the below performances. Refunds will be available at points of purchase."
The canceled dates included July 22, July 24, July 25, and July 27 in Cincinnati, Interlochen, Huber Heights, and Windsor, respectively. The musician added that the tour would resume with the Toronto show on July 28. Lucy-Bleu's passing appeared to be the reason behind the cancellation of these shows.
