A former male employee of Sean "Diddy" Combs, Phillip Pines, is suing the rapper, according to a lawsuit filed on Monday, December 23, 2024. The lawsuit alleged multiple charges, including alleged s*xual battery, s*xual harassment, and s*x trafficking among others.
According to a report by TMZ, Pines detailed his schedule and how he allegedly had to cater to the rapper's s*xual habits while working for him. This included setting up hotel rooms for "Wild King Nights" parties, complete with drugs, alcohol, and s*x paraphernalia.
The lawsuit is among several others filed against the rapper since his arrest in September 2024, on multiple charges. The charges against Combs include s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in pr*stitution. The suits make similar allegations of drugging, r*pe, and violence at his parties.
Diddy hired Phillip Pines as an executive assistant from December 2019 to December 2021
Citing legal documents, Variety reported that Diddy hired Phillip Pines from December 2019 to December 2021 as an executive assistant. Pines' duties allegedly included providing services like getting the rapper's food, laying out his clothing, and "being available for Mr. Combs at his beck and call."
However, Pines claimed he served as Diddy's "personal lackey," adding that his position was reportedly misclassified as an exempt employee. As part of his job, Pines allegedly needed to set up rooms for Combs' "Wild King Nights" parties.
According to the lawsuit, setting up the rooms allegedly included having "red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, astro glide, towels, illegal drugs, and power banger s*x machines."
According to Variety, Pines claimed these parties involved "female guests or other guests" and sometimes lasted days at a time. These events reportedly occurred several times during Phillip's employment and sometimes without prior planning.
After the parties ended, Pines reportedly had to clean the rooms to remove evidence of drugs, and bodily fluids like urine and blood from furniture and bedsheets. He was also tasked with packing every item used during these encounters.
Phillip Pines allegedly tipped the hotel cleaning staff with large sums to avoid being billed in the future while ensuring no one spoke about the "Wild King Nights" parties. His duties also allegedly included watching any incriminating videos from Diddy's personal devices and deleting them. Per Variety, failure to do so would reportedly lead to the termination of his employment.
Pines claimed that the rapper would frequently test his loyalty. \One such occasion reportedly included asking him to come home after a long day at work just to fetch a remote for Combs. The lawsuit detailed another similar incident where he was pushed to have s*x with a woman.
Pines' complaint claimed that he was made to keep quiet on several incidents or face repercussions. Per TMZ, he witnessed Diddy kicking a guest at a Miami event. Later the rapper's former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, reportedly asked him to never speak of the incident.
He also claimed Combs threw a 51st birthday party despite testing positive for COVID-19. As a result, a celebrity guest allegedly became infected, and Pines was told to keep quiet if any partygoers questioned him.
Combs' lawyer refutes Phillip Pines' claims
In a statement made to TMZ on Monday, Diddy's lawyer denied Pines' claims.
"No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never s*xually assaulted or s*x trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason," they stated.
The lawyers continued to fight the case in court. Combs' has denied all allegations levied against him.
He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Earlier this month, he voluntarily withdrew his bail appeal and would remain held until his trial in May 2025.
Kristina Khorram has not publicly reacted to the development.
