On January 17, Hot New Hip Hop reported that the rapper was attacked in the washroom of the gym, after which he reportedly suffered some injuries in the jaw, back, and even the ribs for which he was in the hospital.

As per the publication, the attackers who assaulted 6ix9ine were arrested soon after the incident, however, the rapper has now decided to sue the gym claiming that they did not provide him with security, due to which the incident took place. For the same, the rapper is seeking $1 million in damages.

The lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County on January 15, 2025, states:

“At all times material, Defendant owed a further non-delegable duty to its members and others lawfully at LA Fitness to exercise reasonable care under the circumstances to prevent inherently violent and dangerous individuals from entering LA Fitness and to immediately remove inherently violent and dangerous individuals from LA Fitness.”

Furthermore, 6ix9ine and his legal team sued LA Fitness for breaching its duties. They mentioned how the fitness club failed to “implement reasonable security measures” and “enforce internal policies.” They also mentioned that the gym failed to “employ adequate security guards” and did not “prevent the perpetrators from accessing LA Fitness.”

The complaint filed states that 6ix9ine was allegedly attacked by 3 members of the Latin Kings Gang on March 21, 2023

As the rapper, 6ix9ine filed a complaint against the LA Fitness Gym, the rapper alleged that he was assaulted and attacked by three members of the Latin Kings Gang on March 21, 2023. However, the rapper did not mention why the altercation occurred between them.

As per CBS12 report on January 18, the rapper mentioned that the attack left him with several injuries and stolen personal property. The lawsuit filed by the Shaka Laka rapper also claims that LA Fitness, the defendant, failed on multiple grounds to prevent the criminal attack. He also stated that the gym did not provide proper training to employees to tackle such situations.

Thereafter, FOX5 NY reported in September 2024, about how the rapper’s ex-girlfriend, Yailin La Mas Viral claimed that 6ix9ine allegedly assaulted her physically, emotionally, and s*xually.
