As Diddy continues to remain in prison with his own legal battles, his son Justin Combs is also dealing with issues related to the law. Several publications, like Hot New Hip Hop, reported that many real estate brokers in Los Angeles have allegedly “blacklisted” Justin from renting out their high-end homes.

As per the publication and the claims of the real estate brokers, the community alleged that he throws “wild parties,” and hence, leaves the properties “trashed.” One broker claimed:

“The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house. It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him. He called me to rent, and I said no.”

Furthermore, the brokers also alleged that many house owners complained that Justin would leave broken furniture, spoil the house by spilling alcohol, and leave the apartment uncleaned. They also claimed that the damages often cost the owners a lot, which made them take the decision to ban Justin Combs.

The New York Post also reported that Justin Combs often posted pictures and videos on his Instagram and other social media handles showing him and his friends pouring down tequila, as well as partying in rented villas. However, Combs’ lawyer Jeffrey Litchman stated:

“Justin Combs has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason. He did nothing wrong.”

Justin Combs was also sued by Porsche Leasing LTD for $190K

Apart from facing a ban on rental property, Combs is also facing a $190,000 lawsuit from Porsche Leasing LTD, according to In Touch Weekly. The lawsuit, filed in June this year, accuses Justin of missing $170,000 in payments for a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8.

As per the lawsuit, when Justin bought the car, he agreed to make 42 monthly payments of $3,365.23. However, after failing to pay, the company decided to repossess the vehicle. The company stated in their complaint that apart from the $170K unpaid, they are also seeking $20,000 in interest. They said:

“Therefore, there is now due, owing and unpaid from the Defendant the approximate sum of $172,601.43, plus additional charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Interest accrues from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per annum, until paid in full.”

However, Justin's lawyers stepped in, claiming that they were working on resolving the issue. They explained that the missed payments happened because the bills were sent to an old address, so Justin never received them.

Speaking to In Touch Weekly, Combs’ attorney Jeffrey Lichtman said:

“Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill, which resulted in unintentionally missed payments. We are in touch with the creditor, and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid, and the lawsuit will be dropped.”

On the other hand, Diddy continues to remain in prison, as recently, his bail was denied for the third time by the US District Judge Arun Subramanian. It is worth noting that the lawyers of the rapper proposed a $40 million bail package, which was rejected as he faces multiple s*x trafficking, conspiracy, racketeering, and fraud charges.

For the unversed, Diddy was arrested in September, from New York, following a grand jury indictment.
