After Diddy, his son, Justin Combs, has also found himself in deep waters, as he has been hit with a $190K lawsuit by Porsche Leasing LTD. As per In Touch Weekly, the lawsuit was filed by the company in June this year, as they accused Justin of missing payments worth $170K on a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8.

In addition to the $170K not paid by Justin Combs, the company is also seeking $13k in interest. The lawsuit reads:

“Therefore, there is now due, owing and unpaid from the Defendant the approximate sum of $172,601.43, plus additional charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Interest accrues from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per annum, until paid in full.”

It is worth noting that at the time of purchasing the car, Justin agreed to make 42 payments for the car, each of which was $3,365.23. However, as the music mogul’s son failed to make the payment, the company decided to exercise their right to take back their vehicle.

However, Combs’ lawyers have stated that they are trying to settle the matter. They claimed that their client failed to make the payments as the bills were sent to his old address, and Justin never got the bills to settle the payment.

“The outstanding balance will be paid, and the lawsuit will be dropped”: Justin Combs’ lawyer statement explored as Diddy’s son is sued by Porsche Leasing LTD

According to In Touch Weekly, Porsche Leasing LTD served Justin Combs with the lawsuit on June 11 at Diddy’s Beverly Hills home. With news of the lawsuit making the rounds, Justin's lawyers responded and claimed that the complaint was being settled.

Speaking to In Touch Weekly, Justin Combs’ attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, said:

“Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill, which resulted in unintentionally missed payments. We are in touch with the creditor, and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid, and the lawsuit will be dropped.”

This is not the first time that Justin found himself in legal trouble. In June 2023, he was pulled over and handcuffed for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. Justin reportedly failed a sobriety test and was booked into the LA County Jail.

However, the matter was later settled, as he entered a plea deal in which he agreed to three years of summary probation instead of jail time.

Meanwhile, Diddy continues to be in jail after he was arrested on September 16, 2024, on multiple charges like s*x trafficking, racketeering, and even fraud. Since his arrest, Diddy’s lawyers have tried multiple times to get him released, as they filed for a $50 million bail plea earlier this month.

However, the bail plea was rejected by the judge as the prosecutors argued that the rapper was a “flight risk,” even though the bail package consisted of his passport and many other documents to prove that he would not flee from the case.

Justin Combs has not reacted to the news of his lawsuit. His lawyers, however, appear to be confident that the matter will be settled soon.
