Charlamagne Tha God recently sent Diddy's sons, Quincy, Christian, and Justin, a message, after they allegedly attempted to approach singer Ray J for his reported remarks on the mogul's legal troubles. Following the confrontation, The Breakfast Club host Charlamagne Tha God addressed the issue on the latest episode of the podcast on October 29 and urged that,
“Diddy’s kids need to sit their a*ses down somewhere, okay? Don’t get spanked trying to prove a point that you don’t have to prove. You gon’ end up in jail with your pops or someplace worse.”
He further added,
“Whatever them Combs kids are on, they better get off of it. I know you’re upset and frustrated because of what your daddy is going through, but you better stop projecting before you get hurt ‘cause somebody gonna put belt to a*ses… probably literally.”

During the recent, The Breakfast Club podcast, Charlamagne Tha God issued a warning to Diddy's sons over their alleged confrontation with Ray J. At one point during the same, the co-host DJ Envy tried to justify that Quincy and other Combs brothers probably consider Ray J to be a close family friend which might have contributed to the altercation.
However, Charlamagne responded,
“Aye, man, whatever y’all are on – get off it. I know you upset — you frustrated because of what Diddy goin’ through. But stop projecting before you get hurt. GloRilla said she just drove by the cemetery, and it's plenty room… so I know they got room for silly dudes trying to prove a point!”
The podcast episode happened following the recent fight between Diddy’s sons and Ray J outside the influencer Tara Electra's Halloween party in Los Angeles. According to TMZ's October 29 article, Quincy, Justin, and Christian Combs allegedly confronted the singer in the parking lot after the party ended early in the morning.
The Combs brothers reportedly approached him over the singer's alleged remarks on their father, who is now embroiled in a criminal case and has been facing numerous civil lawsuits. According to reports, the three nearly got violent as they pressed Ray J.
As per the same reports, Ray J was willing to end the matter with the boys peacefully but was also not against throwing hands if it came to that. He even acknowledged the event, saying that before things got out of hand, he "tried to talk some sense" into the siblings.
TMZ reported per the witnesses, that as the fight intensified and Christian and Justin became more determined to start a physical fight, Chris Brown watched the brawl from his car and intervened to diffuse the tension. Others reportedly intervened after Brown to stop the situation from getting worse.
Meanwhile, Ray J has been outspoken about the rapper following the resurfacing of the footage of the mogul physically abusing his ex, Cassie, in a California hotel surfaced. Speaking with Shannon Sharpe on the Club Shay Shay podcast on June 5, 2024, Ray J said that "everyone messes up," however, he and the Bad Boy rapper "can't be cool after that."
Additionally, Ray J acknowledged that he believed Diddy needed a public "whipping," implying that perhaps "100 lashes, 1,000 lashes" would be beneficial. Expanding on the matter, the singer further said,
“It’s unforgivable, it’s too much. Never being able to be around us and our world 'cause we don’t condone that is definitely a fact.”
Additionally, TMZ further reported in the same article that the brothers had previously confronted Ray J as well for making remarks on their father's legal issues.
Meanwhile, neither Diddy’s sons nor their representatives said anything following the incident with Ray J.
