Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion tour began on September 8

The F-1 Trillion tour kicked off on September 8, 2024, to promote Post Malone's first country album of the same name. The first concert was held at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre.

The superstar put up an impressive performance for the gathered audience as he performed 12 of the 27 songs on the F-1 Trillion album, including Wrong Ones and Circles. He also sang some of his older songs, like Go to Hell, California Sober, and Yours. Overall, the set list of the performance featured more than 20 songs.

In between his performance on the night of September 8, 2024, Post, dressed in a navy blue jersey and white-washed denim, expressed his love for Utah as he said to the crowd:

"Moving here to this amazing state was one of the best things I’ve done in my life, besides having a baby girl."

The genre-defying artist continued:

"I gotta say, Utah is one of the most beautiful places on the planet, and I’m so grateful and so honored to be a resident here, ladies and gentlemen."

The F-1 Trillion album was released on August 16, 2024

F-1 Trillion is the sixth studio album and debut country studio album of Post Malone. It was released on August 16, 2024, and features vocal contributions from country music stars like Dolly Parton, Tim McGraw, Morgan Wallen, Brad Paisley, and Luke Combs, amongst others.

The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and became Post’s third number-one album on the chart. The lead track from the album, I Had Some Help featuring Morgan Wallen, became the second-longest-running number-one song of 2024 on the Billboard Hot 100.

In an interview with Apple Music on August 16, 2024, Post Malone opened up about the process of making the album:

“I've always wanted to make a record like this, but for the longest time, it seems so inaccessible..”

He continued:

"But going in there and meeting Derek and Larry Franklin and Paul Franklin and Craig and Dave Cohen and Aaron, and it was just, like, so cool."

Post Malone's F-1 Trillion tour will run through cities like Scranton and Virginia Beach and is slated to end on October 27, 2024, in Austin, Texas.
