Beyoncé is one of the latest targets to bear the brunt of the bombardment of allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs and his subsequent arrest on September 16. Over the last few days, many took to the comments under the 43-year-old singer's Instagram posts from September and began criticizing her.

Although Combs and Beyoncé have not worked on any music together, they were spotted attending the same gatherings and parties in the past. Moreover, Beyoncé's husband Jay-Z, and the Bad Boy Records founder are known to be friends with each other, which further fueled netizens' criticism of the couple.

Since s*xual assault allegations against Combs began hitting the news last November, many kept pointing out Jay-Z would be the next artist to face a downfall. People are now questioning Beyoncé's innocence as she is being accused of knowing everything about the nature of Diddy's parties and how powerful men in the music industry treated women behind closed doors.

People claimed Beyoncé was aware of Diddy abusing women and many others over the years but remained quiet. Some criticized the practice of fans worshipping musicians or their idols without knowing their real nature beyond the camera.

However, a few others defended Beyoncé and slammed others for believing in online projections and theories. Some pointed out how the Crazy In Love crooner hadn't turned off the comments yet, claiming it proves her innocence.

Beyoncé's involvement in alleged Diddy scandals remains unfounded

Federal officers arrested Diddy on September 16 on s*x crime charges after a grand jury indicted him. However, nowhere in the 14-page unsealed indictment, Beyoncé or Jay-Z were addressed. So, for now, there is no official and concrete evidence of either of the pair's connection with the crimes Combs had allegedly committed.

Referring to the possibility of some of Combs' associates being called to testify during the case trial, Neama Rahmani, a former prosecutor and the current President of West Coast Trial Lawyers told The U.S. Sun in an exclusive interview:

"Jay-Z and other celebrities can be subpoenaed, but they will almost certainly assert their Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination and refuse to testify."

Rahmani continued that those who actively engaged in forceful s*x acts during any of the alleged events involving Diddy could also face similar s*x trafficking charges.
