Cassie Ventura’s husband and personal trainer, Alex Fine, took to Instagram to release a statement following the release of the jarring Diddy footage. In a video exclusively obtained by CNN, viewers saw Sean “Diddy” Combs manhandling his then-girlfriend and singer, Ventura.
After the video was released to the public, Alex Fine took to Instagram to express his support for domestic violence victims. He said:
“Men who hit women aren’t men. Men who enable it and protect those people aren’t men. As men violence against women shouldn’t be inevitable, check your brothers, your friends, and your family. Our daughters, sisters, mothers, and wives should feel protected and loved. Hold the women in your life with utmost regard. Men who hurt women hate women.”

Alex Fine’s Instagram post explored in light of Cassie Ventura and Diddy's footage being released
Alex Fine, who married Cassie Ventura in September 2019, also said in his social media post that he hopes that survivors of abuse find people who can “help and love” them. Fine also assured victims that their stories matter and that they are not alone. While addressing victims, he stated:
“We want you to succeed and flourish. To all the women and children, I’m sorry you live in a world where you’re not protected, and you don’t feel equal. I want to raise my daughters in a world where they are safe and loved. To the abusers, you’re done. You’re not safe anymore, you’re not protected anymore, the men by your side are just as weak."
Cassie Ventura and Alex Fine are parents to their two daughters, Frankie and Sunny, who are four and three years old, respectively.
Alex Fine is a personal trainer based out of Los Angeles. He has his own brand, Alex Fine Performance, where he has worked with celebrity clients like Jennifer Anniston, Mark Wahlberg, Chase Stokes, and KJ Apa, among others.
The now-viral footage of Ventura’s alleged assault was released following her November lawsuit against Diddy. In the lawsuit, it was revealed that Combs paid the hotel where the incident took place $50,000. The two settled the lawsuit in an undisclosed agreement. However, Diddy continues to maintain his innocence.
