According to Vibe, on October 10, 2024, a former "director of intelligence" for Kanye West, aka Ye, filed a lawsuit against the rapper and kept the identity disclosed. According to the lawsuit, Ye instructed the unnamed plaintiff to follow the Kardashian family as they were allegedly involved in s*x trafficking.
As per Variety, the court documents mention:
“John Doe was also tasked by Ye with investigating the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged s*x trafficking."
Additionally, the plaintiff claimed that Kanye West asked him to hire private investigators to follow Bianca Censori when she visited her family in Australia.
Internet users were quick to react to the lawsuit against Ye and the allegations against the rapper. They took to X to express their opinion on the same, wherein an X user sarcastically commented on Ye's relationship with his wife Bianca and ex-wife Kim Kardashian:
"Perfect relationship goals: tracking your partner and their family"
"Because nothing says love like hiring private investigators," a user stated.
"It’s crazy how personal things can get in their world. kanye clearly has trust issues, but if there’s any truth to this, it really shows how much privacy just doesn’t exist at that level of fame tbh, imagine having to go to these lengths just to feel in control," another netizen mentioned.
"This lawsuit raises serious allegations and highlights some concerning behavior. It’ll be interesting to see how this unfolds in court," an internet user commented.
Moreover, internet users commented on Kanye allegedly hiring a private investigator to spy on Bianca and the Kardashians:
"If these allegations are true, Kanye hiring someone to follow Bianca Censori shows a whole new level of control issues, not to mention the investigation into the Kardashians," an X user stated.
"If he is linked then he should be punished," another user commented.
Kanye West threatened to harm the plaintiff for reporting child abuse at Donda Academy: More details explored
As per a Variety report dated October 10, 2024, the unnamed plaintiff, referred to as John Doe, is represented by attorneys Ronald Zambrano and Neama Rahmani, and Doe's lawsuit was filed in the L.A. Superior Court.
According to the court documents, the plaintiff alleged that Kanye West got angry at him after the former passed along a report about child abuse at the Donda Academy - owned by Ye. The plaintiff passed the report to leaders at the rapper's company in May, and Kanye tried to scare him by playing a "recording of scary voices" that threatened to harm the plaintiff. Ye also screamed:
“You’re f**king dead to me!”
John Doe mentioned that he was hired by Kanye in December 2022, as a "deputy campaign director." He was later promoted to the position of "director of intelligence," and his job included brainstorming ideas to keep Ye in the news.
Moreover, as per the lawsuit, the plaintiff alleged that he underwent infliction of emotional distress and that his experience with Kanye West affected his mental health, caused panic attacks, and anxiety, and triggered his PTSD from military service. John Doe also claimed that Ye owed him wages from multiple pay periods of his employment.
Previously, in August 2024, Kanye West's ex-chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos had accused the rapper of being dependent on nitrous gas, alleging that he was being exploited by his dentist Thomas P. Connelly.
