Texas-based attorney Tonu Buzbee filed an action against Diddy on October 20, 2024, and one of the photographic evidence submitted in court and obtained by Page Six showcases the rapper dancing at a party surrounded by young women and bottles of vodka.

The photograph is from the rapper's party in his suite at The Planet Hollywood hotel. According to Page Six, one of the rapper's alleged victims has also shared images of plastic vials allegedly used by Diddy or his staff to add a date r*pe drug called GHB into drinks.

In a press conference on October 1, 2024, attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he will represent 120 individuals in civil lawsuits against Diddy with accusations spanning the last three decades. Buzbee said that he wanted to focus on the ages of the alleged victims when the incidents occurred, calling them "shocking."

"We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves"— Tony Buzbee comments on filing lawsuits against Diddy

According to an NBC News report dated October 21, 2024, Tony Buzbee filed five new civil lawsuits against Diddy on October 20. While none of the lawsuits name the plaintiffs, they mention allegations of r*pe and s*xual assault on separate occasions from 2000 to 2022.

In the five lawsuits, three plaintiffs are women, and two are men. One woman from the lawsuits has alleged that the rapper r*ped her when she was 13. The rapper is also accused of drugging three women and one man in the lawsuits. Commenting on the same, Tony Buzbee told NBC News on October 21:

“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”

The woman who was allegedly raped when she was 13 is now reportedly 37 years old. In her lawsuit filed in the New York federal court, she claimed that the incident occurred at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty on September 7, 2000, in the presence of two other celebrities.

The woman alleged that she went to lie down in an empty bedroom for a moment since she felt lightheaded and "woozy" from a drink she had at the afterparty. Soon, she claimed, Diddy entered the room along with a female and a male celebrity.

According to details of the 19-page lawsuit mentioned by Deadline:

"Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You are ready to party!’”

The lawsuit mentions the rapper threw the plaintiff toward the male celebrity who took off the woman's clothes. She was allegedly held down by the male celebrity who r*ped her while Diddy and the female celebrity watched. Then, the rapper allegedly r*ped the plaintiff while the male and female celebrity watched.

Moreover, the plaintiff mentioned that the rapper tired to force her to perform oral s*x on him, but she hit him in the neck and resisted. Commenting on the effect the incident had on the plaintiff, attorney Tony Buzbee stated:

“After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”

Diddy was arrested on September 16, 2024, and a grand jury indicted him on charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. While the rapper has pleaded not guilty to all charges, he awaits his trial in May 2025. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
