Usher deleted all of his tweets on his X profile amidst the alleged leak of a list of celebrities who seemingly attended Diddy's infamous freak off parties. As per a Facebook post on Friday, September 20, by an account named Rap Legends, Usher's name was mentioned among many other celebrities who allegedly attended Puff Daddy's freak off parties.

Although the legitimacy of the list cannot be confirmed, the Facebook account claimed that the "feds" will soon re-iterate the very same list. According to the Irish Star, the singer had over 7,100 tweets on his official X account. However, on Saturday, September 21, the singer wiped his profile clean, deleting every single tweet he'd ever made.

Usher and Diddy have had a strong past connection, with the former living at the latter's house when he was only 14. In a resurfaced 2016 interview with Howard Stern, the singer mentioned that he saw some "pretty wild" and "crazy" things at the record executive's house when he was just a teenager.

Back in February 2024, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a $30 million lawsuit against Puff Daddy, accusing the hip-hop mogul of drugging, threatening, and s*xually harassing him. In the lawsuit, Rod claimed that Usher was part of what he described as Puff Daddy's "inner circle," with other members including Ashton Kutcher and Cuba Gooding Jr.

When news of Usher cleaning out his X profile went viral, social media users immediately assumed that the singer was engaging in some damage control.

Similar reactions followed as social media users claimed this was a sign that Usher had something to hide. For some users, the connections were hard to ignore. Here are a few X reactions to the singer wiping his X account clean:

For many X users, the singer was definitely on the list of people who attended Puff Daddy's parties, but for a few others, he may have been a victim of Puff Daddy himself. Netizens also hoped that somebody managed to save the singer's slew of tweets before they were deleted.

"I got a chance to see some things"- Usher on living with Diddy as a teenager

Back in the '90s, Usher lived with Sean "Diddy" Combs at the latter's residence for a year when he was only around 14-15 years of age. He moved in with Puff Daddy in 1994 when he was 14. During a 2016 interview on The Howard Stern Show, the singer opened up about living with the record producer.

During the interview, Howard Stern asked the singer if the hip-hop mogul's house was the epicenter for non-stop orgies and wild parties. The singer replied by claiming that this was not really the case. However, he continued:

"I got a chance to see some things. I went there to see the lifestyle, and I saw it. I don't know if I could indulge and understand what I was even looking at. I had curiosity of my own. I just didn't understand it. It was pretty wild. It was crazy."

When Stern further asked the singer if he would let his own kid attend a camp run by Puff Daddy, he simply responded with a "hell no." Usher had spoken about living with the record executive 12 years prior in a 2004 Rolling Stone interview.

He told the publication that Diddy had introduced him to a "totally different set of s**t — s*x, specifically." He said:

"S*x is so hot in the industry, man. There was always girls around. You'd open a door and see somebody doing it, or several people in a room having an orgy. You never knew what was going to happen."

At the time of writing this article, Usher has not issued a response to his X account clearance.
