Following her latest album Sugar Honey Iced Tea, American rapper Latto announced her tour with the same name covering 22 cities. While the tour kicked off on October 25, 2024, at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, an X user @only4barbz took to the social media platform on November 7, 2024, to post a video of multiple empty rows at the rapper's concert.

In the video, the X user mentioned:

"latto sugar honey iced tea 2.3/10. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $20"

While it is not clear which concert location or date the X user posted the video from, internet users expressed their opinions on the Big Energy singer's concert featuring empty seats. Dubbing the rapper's confidence to fill up an arena as "delusional", an X user tweeted:

"Its her dumb a** fault for not getting a theater, she really thought she was going to fill up an arena sized venue?? She is way too delusional"

"I swear to God they’re more ppl than that in my followers and im a small acc 🤣🤣🤣🤣" an X user stated.

"and they said sold out, but 💁‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️😂" another X user commented.

"Latto is not ready for a tour… She didn’t even promote her newest album. She gotta work that album before she hits the stage. These girls want instant gratification, but don’t want to do the work. Just pure lazy…" an internet user mentioned.

Moreover, internet users also commented on the Lottery rapper referring to her feud with Nicki Minaj in 2022 wherein Minaj tweeted that Latto's track Big Energy should be pulled from the Best Rap Song category at the Grammy's because her track Super Freaky Girl was removed from the same. Minaj's tweet led to a heated Twitter exchange between the two female rappers.

"Show was a hot mess"- Latto expressed discontent with the first show of her Sugar Honey Iced Tea tour

According to Hot New HipHop dated October 26, 2024, Latto took to Instagram after the first show of her Sugar Honey Iced Tea tour which took place on October 25, 2024, to express discontent with how the show went. The first show of the tour began in Tampa with KARRAHBOOO and Mariah The Scientist. However, in a now-deleted Instagram post the rapper said:

“Show was a hot mess. Could’ve been worse. But, hey baby, what can you do. I did my job."

The rapper also mentioned that she plans to speak to multiple members of her crew who would know the answer to what went wrong with the show. Stating that she did her job, the Brokey rapper mentioned that the lighting crew, video crew and her wardrobe team were going to get cussed at, given she wasn't satisfied with how her show went in Tampa.

While the rapper has since deleted the post, she hasn't commented on what she felt went wrong with her Tampa show either.
