On September 26, 2024, Luke Bryan performed at Shelbyville, KY, as a part of his 2024 Farm Tour. While the singer gave fans a memorable time, it was the ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter at Luke's concert that made headlines with her performance parallel to the singer.

Just as Luke was singing Kick the Dust Up, he noticed the ASL interpreter vibing and grooving to his song while interpreting the track for the audience. Initially, Luke Bryan pointed toward her in an appreciating manner and then proceeded to join her by standing beside her and singing as she kept interpreting his song.

The video of the same was shared on Instagram via Country Now and garnered a lot of attention from internet users who took to the comment section of the post to express their opinions. Complimenting the ASL interpreter, an internet user commented:

"This album’s been just naturally growing and I didn’t realize it was a four-year gap": Luke Bryan comments on latest album release

On September 27, 2024, Luke Bryan released Mind of a Country Boy which is the singer's eighth studio album. The singer released his latest album four years after Born Here Live Here Die Here which was released in August 2020.

In Luke's statement mentioned on the WJBD radio website, the Buy Dirt singer commented on releasing a new album after a long gap and mentioned:

“This album’s been just naturally growing and I didn’t realize it was a four-year gap. When you go do a Vegas residency and [American] Idol and all that, your mind gets a little scrambled."

He continued:

But then when we had ‘Love You, Miss You, Mean It,’ it really started popping, and we were like, ‘All right, we got, like, the song that feels like the single to build an album around.'”

Luke Bryan's latest album features 14 tracks like But I Got a Beer in My Hand and Pair of Boots. However, the singer shared that he had to cut 18 songs to finalize which ones would make it to the final album. Luke also shared that he wrote two to three songs that didn't make it to the album.

Talking about the album's title track For the Kids written by Luke, the singer said:

“You know, I write a little bit. It’s not like I’m out there grinding, writing, you know, 200 songs a year like I did for 10 years. So I’m writing a little bit when I get great ideas that I’m really excited to write, and then we try to go find the songs that make it all work."

The Drunk On You singer also mentioned that the song Love You, Miss You, Mean It from the album is "a big song out there" that makes him feel good about where the album is going and what he'll be doing next in terms of music.

In other news, ABC and The Country Music Association announced on September 30, 2024, that Luke Bryan will be hosting "The 58th Annual CMA Awards" alongside Lainey Wilson and Peyton Manning. The awards will take place on November 20, 2024, and this will be Luke's fourth time hosting the CMA Awards.
