"Single and IDGAF about y'all"— Kash Doll and Tracy T relationship explored as former announces their break-up

Rapper and actress Kash Doll recently announced on social media that she and her partner Tracy T have separated. They have been together since 2021 and have two children. Kash Doll, whose real name is Arkeisha Antoinette Knight, shared the news on her Instagram Story on July 21, 2024, stating:

"Single… and IDGAF about y'all saying I have two kids by him now I'm just a baby momma blah blah blah… I'm not dealing with just anything to just keep my family together."

Although the Empire star addressed her breakup later in an Instagram Live session, she did not share the reasons leading to the split. However, Kash Doll was heard saying that she can't accept certain things in a relationship considering that she is the mother of a daughter.

On the other hand, Tracy T also responded later with a video on his Instagram Story, where he had a smile on his face and said that he was "okay."

Notably, the news of the separation comes almost a month after the pair welcomed another child named Klarity Doll Richardson in June 2024. Kash Doll posted a glimpse of the newborn through Instagram and wrote:

"Last week at 11:23 am I gave birth to my baby girl. Klarity Doll Richardson whew she's a baby doll… 8lbs 4oz put me down yall this second pregnancy hit diff."

Kash Doll and Tracy T's romance started back in 2021: Relationship timeline and other details explained

Arkeisha has rarely talked about her relationship with Tracy T, including how they first met. A video from 9MagTV about two years ago showed them discussing their first meeting, but they shared different stories. Kash Doll said Tracy was the first to follow her on social media, while Tracy claimed the opposite.

The 32-year-old also said in the clip:

"I didn't want to date you – I just thought you were a nice artist!"

Back in 2022, Kash Doll seemingly made the relationship official through Instagram when she posted a few photos, featuring moments she spent with Tracy T on a vacation. The pictures show the duo having seafood on a boat and it was later deleted. Arkeisha even posted another photo in her Instagram Story where she and Tracy were looking at each other.

A year before the post was shared through social media, Kash Doll announced through Instagram that she was pregnant with her first child. She welcomed a son named Kashton the following year and shared a photo of the baby through Instagram. The caption stated:

"Call me crazy but I think I found the love of my life (I've never felt this way before y'all somebody finally have me wrapped around his finger) Kaston Prophet Richardson has stolen my heart. His ears brown y'all."

Tracy T has released a few albums and singles

Also known as Tracy Richardson, he developed an interest in music at the age of six and was influenced by artists such as Snoop Dogg. Known for his solo albums, he had once collaborated with Rick Ross.

He was also a victim of a shooting incident in 2009 which affected his walking ability. He addressed the same while speaking to AllHipHop in 2020, saying that he was hit in the "chest, the side, the hand, the leg." He continued:

"People try to rob people these days, people buck back. There was a shootout between me and somebody else, but I'm here baby. I'm here, I ain't went nowhere. I'm back and better than ever, baby!"

His debut album was titled Millionaire Nightmares and this was followed by another major project, Time Machine.
