Slipknot will kick off the summer of 2025 with their first live shows in Europe. The band took to X this Monday and revealed the big news about headlining the "Rock Am Ring" and "Rock Im Park" festivals in Germany next year.

The festivals will take place in Nürburg and Nuremberg from June 6 to June 8, 2025, coinciding with the 40th and 30th anniversaries of the sibling German festivals. Over 100 global artists and bands will perform, promising attendees a unique concert experience.

The "Rock Am Ring" and "Rock Im Park" festival appearance is the first confirmed itinerary for Slipknot in 2025. While they have also announced the plans to host a Knotfest festival in Australia next year, the band has yet to confirm the dates.

Setlist, ticketing details, and more about Slipknot's live shows at the "Rock Am Ring" and "Rock Im Park" festivals

Slipknot's setlists for the headlining shows at the "Rock Am Ring" and "Rock Im Park" festivals are expected to comprise the latest hits and evergreen bangers. Fans can hope to witness an immersive music experience with sets from the self-titled debut album and from the latest album — The End, So Far.

The setlists for the three-day festival are expected to comprise The Dying Song, Hive Mind, Acidic, and Heirloom, Eyeless, Wait and Bleed, Spit It Out, Purity, No Life, and more.

While there's still a year to the festivals, people interested in watching the band live can book their seats now by visiting the festival website rock-am-ring.com.

The weekend tickets for the festivals including passes for all three days begin at over €191.50 ($205.72). Fans can also pay additional charges for venue parking, camping, and upgraded VIP experiences.

As of this writing, the festival website has not revealed the names of acts other than Slipknot. If they follow a similar schedule as last year, the full list of artists appearing at the festivals may come out by early or mid-November.

Last fall, the announcements comprised major names such as Avenged Sevenfold, Queens of the Stone Age, Green Day, Babymetal, and Maneskin.
