The R&B Forever tour 2024 is scheduled to be held from October 4 to December 27, 2024 in venues across mainland United States. The tour will be a collaboration between the two groups TGT and BBD, the former consisting of Tyrese Gibson Ginuwine and Tank and the latter consisting Ricky, Michael and Ronnie.
Presale for the tour starts on August 8, 2024 at 10;00 am local time via the tour's official website and can be accessed with the code FOREVER. Public tickets will be released on August 9, 2024 at 10:00 am local time. Tickets can also be found at Ticketmaster.

Speaking about The R&B Forever tour in a general press release, Ginuwine stated on August 5, 2024:
"Reuniting with my brothers Tyrese and Tank is like coming home. We're ready to bring the house down."
Michael Bevins added in another press release on the same day:
"Returning to the stage with new music and our classic hits is going to be an incredible experience for our fans and us."
The upcoming tour will see the two trios be supported by the band Silk, whose lead tenor Gary Jenkins stated:
"Performing live is where we truly connect with our fans. We're bringing everything to this tour."
Silk is best known for their debut album, Lose Control, which was released by Elektra Records on November 17, 1992. The R&B Forever tour will see each group perform hits from across their years spanning catalog. There will be performances of hits from TGT and BBD's individual members as well.
In between The R&B Forever tour, TGT will perform at the O2 London in London, UK on December 22, 2024. The show will be a celebration of Christmas and is titled R&B X Mas. BBD, meamwhile, will perform at the Eagle Mountain Casino on October 26, 2024 as well as at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino Special Events Center in Indio, California on December 14, 2024.

TGT is an R&B supergroup that started in 2007 and initially lasted till 2015, with the group set to reunite as part of the aforementioned tour and shows. During its initial run, the group released a single studio album, titled Three Kings, on August 20, 2013 via Atlantic Records. The album was fairly successful, and peaked at number 3 on the Billboard 200 album chart.
The R&B supergroup BBD was formed in 1989 and has continued till present day. The group is best known for its debut studio album, Poison, which was released on March 20, 1990 through MCA Records. The album charted at number 19 on the Billboard 200 album chart as well as at number 13 on the Kiwi album chart and was multi-platinum certified in the US.
