"They were never the problem" — Internet reacts to mothers of G Herbo's children Ari Fletcher & Taina drinking together in a club

According to a report by The Express Tribune dated December 11, 2024, Ari Fletcher and Taina Williams, mothers of G Herbo's children were spotted drinking together at a club called Playa in Miami. Ari and Taina have rapper G Herbo as the common link, given the former is his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son Yosohn, and the latter is Herbo's ex-fiance and the mother of his children, Emmy and Essex.

The publication reported that Ari and Taina did not have amicable relations in the past, referring to a public dispute regarding co-parenting in March 2022. Ari alleged that Taina mistreated her son Yosohn, which Taina denied. The dispute became worse because G Herbo admitted to cheating on Ari with Taina at the time, making the dynamics more complicated.

On December 11, 2024, X page @raphousetv2 posted a video reportedly showing Ari and Taina hanging out at a club, and netizens quickly reacted to the same. Commenting on how G Herbo was the issue and not the two women, an X user tweeted:

According to Who Dated Who, Ari Fletcher and G Herbo were in an on-and-off relationship from 2015 to 2018, wherein they welcomed their son Yosohn in 2018. A report by Yahoo News dated June 2023 claimed that Herbo and Taina Williams started dating in 2019, and welcomed their first child Essex in May 2021 and their second child Emmy in May 2022.

Herbo announced his breakup with Taina in June 2023 via an Instagram story, stating he's single.

In December 2022, G Herbo made an appearance on Caresha Please where Yung Miami asked him if he cheated on Ari with Taina, to which the rapper answered affirmatively. Confessing the same, Herbo said he was young and didn't know better.

“Man, I was just doing sh*t. You feel me? Just cheating. I ain’t gon say I was just cheating, but it’s like me and Ari was at a space…We was at a space where like I like said, mentally I be going through sh*t and I gotta separate myself from sh*t. Me and her was having our differences, but that was no excuse to cheat on her. That was not why I cheated on her,” he added.

In January 2023, Ari Fletcher commented on Herbo's confession in an interview with content creator Raymonte.

“I’m not gon’ lie, I kinda always wanted him to be upfront and honest because I always felt like it was just me fighting against all these people and trying to tell my truth," Ari said.

Ari also said that Herbo could've just told the truth instead of making her feel like she was wrong. She added that at that point she didn't care, and had the confession come out at the right time, it would've taken a weight off her shoulders.

In other news, Herbo was charged with wire fraud in 2020 stating that the rapper and members of his crew used stolen identifications to charge over a million dollars worth of exotic services, spanning a four-year period as reported by HipHopDX in January 2024.

Herbo was sentenced to three years of probation in January 2024 following a plea deal the rapper took in 2023, for being a part of the plan to use stolen identities to fund a Jamaican villa, private jets, and designer puppies.
