Bad Bunny has come a long way from posting his songs on SoundCloud in 2016 to becoming one of the most famous artists in Latin Trap music. Noah Assad took an interest in Bunny's music and signed him a deal with Rimas Entertainment in April 2016. The same year, he collaborated on a few early tracks like Diles with DJ Luain's label, Hear This Music.

With Rimas, Bad Bunny (AKA Benito) made history by becoming the first Spanish-language headliner at Coachella in 2023. Seven years later after Assad signed Bunny, the former won the Best Executive Award Of The Year at the Billboard Power 100 event.

Benito has seen a monumental leap in the past few years and his success is also credited with having a supportive team, including working with his record label Rimas Entertainment.

Bad Bunny was signed by Noah Assad in 2016, and after eight successful years of working together, Benito has released five studio albums.

Rimas Entertainment is a Peurto Rican record label founded in March 2014 by Noah Assad. With Rimas, Benito gradually took over the Latin Trap scene and has released hits like Estamos Bien, Te Bote, I Like It, and many others.

In November 2020, Noah also branched out to form his management agency, Habibi. The agency signed singer Karol G, whose songs have also debuted on Billboard Charts.

Noah received the Best Executive Award in 2023 from Benito. According to Billboard, while presenting him with the award, Benito added:

“There is no Bad Bunny superstar without Noah."

As Noah accepted the plaque, he added that many of his "dreams" could never have been "true" without Bunny. In an interview with the Pollstar, Noah Assad discussed the secret to Benito's success. Assad revealed that their collaboration has been successful due to "freedom." He added,

"With freedom, we can pivot easily. We trust each artist’s vision, and we trust Benito’s [Bad Bunny] vision to the fullest.”

Jerry Pulles, Apple Music Latin's Programmer, has also been frequently spotted supporting Benito. He took to his Instagram and posted a heart-warming message to support the singer's success. Pulles revealed that Bad Bunny was Apple Music's Artist of the Year (2022). He wrote in his caption,

"There is no other artist on the planet more deserving of this honor than him and I’m so proud and happy to see what he and the entire team have accomplished in the last few years."

Bad Bunny and Rimas Entertainment's collaboration is a testament to successful working relationships in the music industry. Apart from Bunny, Rimas also manages other artists including Eladio Carrión, Jowell & Randy, Tommy Torres, and others.

Over award functions, Bunny has expressed his gratitude towards Assad for supporting his career, which has been reciprocated by Assad.

Bunny also launched Rimas Sports, a sports management agency, with Noah Assad. The duo launched with a roaster consisting of Major League Baseball (MLB) players.

After successfully working with musicians, Assad hopes to cater to needs of athletes.
