New York City rapper Consequence recently took shots at Kanye West's dentist Thomas Connelly, who allegedly supplied Ye with nitrous oxide. In a tweet on Friday, August 7, the rapper posted a clip of himself and Ye working on his next single, Overdose, at Timbaland's studio. He announced that the track, which will drop on Friday, August 9, will also feature YNW Melly.
"By The Way F**k Thomas Connelly If That S**t Is True!!! 🔥🔥THIS IS 192🔥🔥" he wrote.
Consequence is known for a few notable collaborations with Ye, including the tracks Gone, Grammy Family, and Anything.
On Wednesday, August 7, Ye's former Yeezy chief-of-staff Milo Yiannopoulos alleged via a plethora of tweets that Kanye West's dentist Thomas Connelly allegedly got the rapper hooked on laughing gas. He even filed a complaint to the California Dental Board to get Connelly's license revoked.
Milo Yiannopoulos claimed Thomas Connelly got Kanye West hooked on nitrous oxide
Milo Yiannopoulos, the former chief-of-staff of Kanye West's Yeezy and a famous far-right figure, took to X on Wednesday to make a series of allegations against Ye's dentist Thomas Connelly. He alleged that the dentist "got Ye hooked on nitrous—laughing gas" to "diminish Ye’s mental faculties" and extract millions of dollars from the rapper with the help of his business associates.
Yiannopoulos claimed that he uncovered the alleged fraud earlier this year and intervened, which led to Ye, allegedly hooked on nitrous, proposing an idea. It was one that Yiannopoulos had already allegedly told the rapper he'd resign over, making p*rnography. Milo Yiannopoulos further alleged:
"Thomas Connelly is a dangerous predator who targets African-American celebrities—into whose mouth he puts fake diamonds, as I suspect he did to Lil Yachty. He must be stopped. I filed a complaint with the California Dental Board last week to that end."
Yiannopoulos also tweeted out a copy of his affidavit and an audio version of the same. Nitrous oxide or laughing gas is a colorless, odorless, non-flammable gas commonly used for pain relief and sedation by dentists and other medical professionals when a patient is undergoing a medical procedure. The gas can also provide users with a brief state of euphoria upon inhalation.
In his affidavit, the former chief-of-staff alleged that Thomas Connelly was introduced to Kanye West by songwriter Billy Walsh towards the end of last year. He claimed that Connelly charged the rapper up to $50,000 a month for his services and continued supplying Ye with the gas even after the emergence of distressing symptoms.
He further alleged that employees at all levels within the company were worried and openly speaking about the rapper's dependence on the gas three months after the dentist installed Kanye West's titanium grill. According to Yiannopoulos, Ye himself referenced it in meetings while at the same time constantly being "in and out of the inhaler mask".
A junior staffer at Yeezy allegedly took a photograph of "four large surgical tanks of nitrous oxide" being taken into Ye's wife Bianca Censori's apartment and five other staffers allegedly confessed the same forcing Milo to confront Connelly via text.
The dentist allegedly claimed that the tanks were "empty" and very little nitrous oxide was administered to the rapper.
Milo Yiannopoulos alleged that at one point, Ye was undergoing anesthesia for no apparent medical reason with a bill of $61,000 solely for anesthesia and nitrous.
He also alleged that at this point, Connelly moved into Ye's apartment building and even resided there at the expense of the rapper. Yiannopoulos allegedly filed the affidavit with the California Attorney General’s Office and the FBI on August 4.
