A man was arrested during a Morgan Wallen concert for an alleged "terroristic threat." At the event held at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on Friday, August 2, Illinois resident Aaron Brown was apprehended by the police for putting out a tweet threatening to shoot two people at the event.

According to the Jackson County Prosecutor's office, Brown was hit with a "Class E felony of Making a Terroristic Threat in the 2nd Degree." The two people Brown allegedly threatened were part of the Kansas City Chiefs organization. Notably, Chiefs players Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were present at the concert, which ended up being delayed for around 40 minutes.

Man who allegedly made terrorist threats at Morgan Wallen concert insists he made a "stupid, stupid, stupid mistake"

Morgan Wallen's concert at Arrowhead Stadium on Friday was delayed by around 40 minutes due to a "terroristic threat." This led to the apprehension of Illinois resident Aaron Brown at the venue. Brown was attending the Kansas City concert alongside his girlfriend, whose name has not been disclosed.

According to the Jackson County circuit court documents, Aaron Brown, who used the handle @gooeybag on X, posted a threatening tweet on August 2. The tweet targeted two people who were associated with the Kansas City Chiefs organization. As per the court documents, the tweet read:

"Mr. [redacted] at Arrowhead with the wife. If he brings out [redacted] or [redacted] I’ll take the f**kin shot. F**k em! Also fuck you bitch!! (hand emoji with middle finger up twice)I'll take the fuckin shot. F**k em! Also fuck you b***h!! (hand emoji with middle finger up twice) [redacted],"

The report mentioned that the two victims named in the tweet were present at the Morgan Wallen concert. Brown confirmed his location at the event to the police, but when he was contacted by law enforcement via his phone, he initially refused to cooperate but was later confronted by officers.

The man confirmed his identity and was subsequently placed under investigative hold. As per the court document, Brown's girlfriend told law enforcement that he was a huge Vikings fan courtesy of hailing from Minnesota, and his fraternity used to create burner X accounts whenever they tweeted out "stupid stuff."

Brown's girlfriend insisted that she told him not to post the tweet, but he declined, claiming that nobody would read it. He later decided to delete the tweet anyway. When asked about why he decided to post the tweet, Brown claimed that it was due to his stupidity and arrogance. As per the court document, Brown told officers:

"It was a stupid, stupid, stupid mistake."

An August 3 press release from the Jackson County Prosecutor's office confirmed that Aaron Brown faced a "Class E felony of Making a Terrorist Threat in the 2nd Degree." His bond was set at $15,000. As a result of Brown's alleged antics, Wallen's concert was delayed by around 40 minutes.

Coincidentally, Kansas City Chiefs stars Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, and Chris Jones were all present at the concert. The two stars even walked out of the dressing room with Morgan Wallen, who sported a no. 7 jersey, to the tune of Moneybagg Yo and Wallen's track Whiskey Whiskey. Travis Kelce was also filmed enjoying the concert along with other fans.

The concert went on as scheduled after the threat was dealt with. The show was a part of Morgan Wallen's One Night At A Time World Tour. Wallen will next perform at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Thursday, August 8, and the following day.
