Rapper O.T. Genasis recently clapped back at his baby mama Malika Haqq. In an interview with Us Weekly published on Friday, July 19, the rapper raved about the mothers of both his children, one of them being Malika Haqq with whom he shared 4-year-old Ace Flores. The rapper claimed that despite having differences, he would never trade his co-parenting relationships for anything.
After the article was published, Malika Haqq took to Instagram on Saturday, July 20, to release a story claiming that whatever the rapper said was "fake." However, Genasis himself took to Instagram on Sunday, July 21, to clap back at his baby mama. He wrote on his Instagram story:
“YOU OFFERED ME 100k to have another baby wit you and I said ‘NO.'”
O.T. Genasis claims Malika Haqq offered him $100K to have another child with her
O.T. Genasis and his baby mama Malika Haqq seem to be disagreeing with the "amazing" co-parenting relationship the rapper had talked about in an interview with Us Weekly. As mentioned earlier, once the interview was published, Haqq shared a screenshot of the interview on her Instagram stories and wrote:
"This fake s—t irks me."
Genasis did not keep mum and instead, he himself shared a story on Sunday claiming that Haqq offered him $100,000 to have another kid with him, which he allegedly refused. Despite the flare-up, O.T. Genasis also added a line under this, stating:
"Lol! Still love you and speak highly every time."
Haqq has previously expressed her wish to have another child in a June 2024 episode of The Kardashians. Haqq thought about using a sperm bank while Khloé Kardashian advised her to request her ex-lover, Rob Kardashian, for sperm. However, Rob ended up denying the request by declaring that he couldn't produce sperm anymore.
The Cut It hitmaker O.T. Genasis and Sky High actress Malika Anjail Haqq shared a tumultuous on-and-off romantic relationship from way back in 2017. The couple officially broke up in June 2019, which was confirmed by a racy Instagram post from Haqq at the time simply captioned "Single."
However, Haqq announced in September 2019 that she was pregnant with O.T. Genasis's kid. Despite still being separated, Genasis and Haqq welcomed their baby boy Ace Flores in March 2020. According to Genasis' July 19 interview with Us Weekly, the duo co-parent their child.
While speaking to the publication, a day before the interview was published, the rapper showered praises upon both his baby mamas, Malika Haqq, with whom he shares his 4-year-old son, Ace, and an unnamed former partner with whom he shares his 14-year-old son named, Genasis. The rapper raved that both women were "amazing" and "great mothers." Regarding co-parenting his kids, the rapper told the publication:
"Obviously, you’re going to have your differences, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything."
He further added:
"They’re amazing with my children. When I’m there, when I’m not there, they’re always there with the kids and that’s dope."
The rapper later talked about how his financial situation allowed the mother of his first child to be with him around the clock and help him with his autism struggles. This, according to the rapper, helped his oldest "so much" and allowed the 14-year-old to be in a "great place" at the moment.
O.T. Genasis further opened up to the publication about wanting more kids. The rapper specifically wanted four more children. For the next chapter of his life, the rapper shared, that instead of doing shows and chasing the money, he simply wants to "hang out" with his kids and "live through" them.
