Billie Eilish grew up in a two-bedroom home in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles with her brother, Finneas, a place the Ocean Eyes singer still calls home. On an episode of Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend podcast released in March 2023, where the siblings joined to chat with O'Brien, Finneas revealed how his sister hadn't really "moved away," although he had.

In the podcast, Billie also opened up about wanting to feel like an adult by having her own space but concluded it by saying:

"...also now I'm like, I like my parents being around and I like my mom coming and doing stuff with me."

While Billie Eilish did purchase a home for herself when she was 17, the bury a friend singer continues to live with her parents in their Highland Park home. In the meantime, her brother Finneas moved out of the house to live in a Loz Feliz mansion with his girlfriend and YouTuber Claudia Sulewski in 2019.

In Billie Eilish's NDA, a track from her sophomore album, Happier Than Ever, the singer talks about many true incidents from her life, including the stalker approaching her LA home, being included in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list, as well as buying a home at 17.

In 2019, the British singer and actress Leona Lewis sold her Glendale estate home for about $2.3 million. While the sale made headlines, the identity of the buyer wasn't revealed. Squareyards later found that Lewis' equestrian estate was just ten minutes away from Billie Eilish's current home.

Furthermore, the realtor who made the deal happen was the same one who had worked with Finneas previously on the purchase of his properties. The Glendale estate is a horse-friendly home, which aligns with the singer-songwriter's love for them.

The 2100 sqft single-story home has three bedrooms and bathrooms, a freshly renovated kitchen, a swimming pool, and a stylized sunken conversation pit. It also comes with a separate guest house, goat pens, and a paddock for horses. Beyond the home, Billie Eilish currently owns five cars, including a Dodge Challenger Hellcat and a McClaren 600LT.

Billie Eilish isn't the only O'Connell sibling to have bought a home in 2019. Her older brother, Finneas, did the same. The producer and songwriter bought a lavish mansion in LA's Loz Feliz neighborhood with his girlfriend, Claudia Sulewski. The couple reportedly spent $2.73 million on the house and moved into it shortly after receiving the keys.

The Colonial-style mansion has a carpet area of 2800 sqft, five bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms. It also has a pool, a spa, a fancy studio, and a fireplace. The couple purchased it when it was 95 years old.

On the Conan O'Brien podcast, Finneas talked about his experience of living away from his family, saying:

"I did move away. And I think when you don't live with your folks anymore, you're just, yeah. It's nicer to, it makes you more grateful to do everything with them. So I'm like, now, when I have a free night, I go and hang out with my parents. That's the first thing I think of doing."

In 2020, Finneas purchased another property—an oceanfront cottage in Malibu, situated between Las Flores Beach and Pacific Coast Highway. The 1250 sqft home was built in 2005 and has an open-concept floorplan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is complete with hardwood flooring, oceanfront decks, a fireplace, a swing chair, and a jacuzzi and cost the songwriter $5.2 million.
