One of the new charges against the hip-hop mogul includes r*ping a 13-year-old girl at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) after-party he hosted. According to the suit, Diddy and another male celebrity reportedly s*xually assaulted the teen while a female celebrity watched the alleged incident.
While the plaintiff was a minor at the time of the incident, they have chosen to stay anonymous in their suit. The lawsuit also alleged that the victim, who is now 37 years old, is left in a permanent state of “deep depression” that impacted her life.
Diddy hit with six new lawsuits, including s*xual assault of a minor
Sean "Diddy" Combs was slammed with six jury-seeking lawsuits over the weekend, one of which accused him of r*ping a minor. The rapper allegedly r*ped a 13-year-old girl at the September 2000 MTV VMAs afterparty.
Yahoo! obtained court documents wherein the alleged victim claimed that a friend dropped her off at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could "try to attend the Video Music Awards [VMAs]."
While she didn't have a ticket to the venue, she waited outside because she was "determined to get into the party." She eventually allegedly "talked her way into the VMAs," and did so with the help of a limousine driver who reportedly worked for Combs. The driver also allegedly told the teen that his boss "liked younger girls" and that she "fit what Diddy was looking for."
The new lawsuit also alleges that the driver asked the girl to return at 10 pm and when she did, he reportedly “drove her alone in a black limousine with black interior.” The driver allegedly took her to a “large white house with a gated U-shaped driveway.” It appeared to be an afterparty where she was seemingly offered a “reddish yellow” drink that tasted like “orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter.”
Subsequently, she felt woozy and lightheaded and tried to look for a place to rest. She reportedly entered an empty bedroom but forgot to lock the door, and soon Diddy as well as two celebrities entered the room.
“The Defendant aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party,'" the lawsuit alleged.
New lawsuit accuses Diddy and two other celebrities of s*xually assaulting a minor
It added that the other male celebrity identified as “Celebrity A” allegedly tried to undress her while she “grew more and more disoriented.” Later, Celebrity A allegedly r*ped her while the female celebrity identified as Celebrity B and Diddy watched.
“After the male celebrity finished, Combs then… r*ped Plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched… Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral s*x on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped,” court documents claimed.
Later, the alleged victim reportedly grabbed her clothes and left the venue n*ked. She reached a gas station where a female clerk reportedly “noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone” to call up her father. The alleged victim reportedly confessed to her father that she lied about her whereabouts and asked him to pick her up.
As per court documents, the young girl was reportedly made to sign an NDA but never received a copy of the same.
She didn't tell anyone what happened to her at the party filled with celebrities. Neither did she disclose what she saw there, which was alleged “widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine.” The suit has even claimed that the s*xual assault left the now-37-year-old plaintiff in a permanent state of “deep depression” that impacted her life.
So far, Diddy's legal has yet to respond to this 19-page lawsuit. However, they referred to the Deadline article in their statement last week, claiming that their client has “never s*xually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman." They also claimed that Tony Buzbee's lawsuits were a “clear attempt to garner publicity.”
