A list of artists featured on Tyler, the Creator's seventh studio album 'Chromakopia'

Tyler, the Creator's Chromakopia features incredible production elements mixing hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and more, into a tracklist supported by highly animated vocal performances, fueled by assertive and self-reflective lyricism.

While several artists have guest appearances on the project, the album also features spoken-word introductions from Tyler's mother Bonita Smith. The rapper highlighted how his mother's teachings helped shape the direction of Chromakopia during his live listening event in Los Angeles.

"The album kinda just turned into me taking a bunch of sh*t my mom told me as a kid. Now that I'm 33, all that stuff is like, Oh... that's what the f**k she was talking about," Tyler, the Creator stated.

Canadian singer-songwriter Daniel Caesar appears twice on Tyler, the Creator's Chromakopia. The two records he features on have been listed below:

  1. St. Chroma
  2. Take Your Mask Off

Daniel delivers exceptional performances on the album, supporting Tyler's atmospheric production with memorable hooks, like on St. Chroma where he sings:

"Can you feel the light inside? / Can you feel that fire? (Can you feel it, can you feel it? Oh) / Oh, fire (Can you feel it, can you feel it? Ooh, oh), fire"

Singer-songwriter Aaron Lashane Thomas, popularly known as Teezo Touchdown, makes a guest appearance on Darling, I.

Tyler, the Creator's Darling, I is a deeply introspective record that centers around themes of love, emotional connections, and self-awareness. Teezo supports the song with a memorable hook over a production that samples hit records from Q-Tip and James Brown.

"Darling, I keep (Keep falling in love) / Baby, I / Darling, I keep (Keep falling in love) / Da-da, da, keep (Keep falling in love) / Forever is too long (Keep falling in love)" - Teezo Touchdown raps on 'Darling, I'.

Barely a few months after the release of his final studio album titled Bando Stone and the New World under his Childish Gambino moniker, Donald Glover is back with a guest feature on Chromakopia's sixth track titled I Killed You.

Tyler and Gambino tackle themes of toxic relationships, tenacity, and resilience. Although Tyler, the Creator carries a majority of the record, Glover supports I Killed You with an interlude and an outro.

"Just as beautiful (Away) / Just as beautiful / Just as beautiful (Away) / Just as beautiful (Away) / Just as beautiful" - Childish Gambino raps on 'I Killed You'.

Gambino also makes a subtle appearance on Judge Judy, assisting Tyler, the Creator on the song's hook.

4) GloRilla, Lil Wayne, and Sexyy Red

Tyler, the Creator delivers a monster record with a 4-minute record titled Sticky, which features GloRilla, Lil Wayne, and Sexyy Red.

Each rapper delivers individual vocal performances, contributing to the seven verses included on Sticky. Snippets of the track surfaced online after Tyler previewed the record at his Los Angeles listening event.

"Sticky situation (Yeah), discombobulation / Caught me red-handed, palms itchin' like rosacea / Standin' like ovation on business occupation / Drippin' condensation, gotta whisper conversations" - Lil Wayne raps on 'Sticky'.

The writing on Sticky appears to be credited to Timbaland, Young Buck, Polow Da Don, and Blac Elvis, with the production reportedly sampling Buck's 2007 record Get Buck.

Doechii, who dropped her third career mixtape titled Alligator Bites Never Heal back in August, has returned with a guest feature on Chromakopia's 13th track Balloon.

Tyler, the Creator reportedly samples Uncle Luke's 1992 record I Wanna Rock (Doo Doo Brown) creating an exciting production, with Doechii being offered a full vocal performance on Balloon's second verse.

"Aight, where the swamp is? / Flyest b---h up in the room, I need a cockpit (Need a cockpit) / I need some PETA for this p---y, they want the croc' print / I'm finna air these DL n----s out the closet / I let it in (Let it in), I let it out (Let it out)" - Doechii raps on 'Balloon'.

6) ScHoolboy Q and Playboi Carti

Tyler, the Creator creatively delivers two separate features on Chromakopia's second lead single titled Thought I Was Dead.

On the main album tracklist, released to streaming services, Tyler features fellow Compton rapper ScHoolboy Q on Thought I Was Dead's first verse. Q performs alongside supporting ad-lib performances from Santigold, delivering exciting bars like:

"Get love in the hood, but I must leave (Yeah) / Born way in the Hills where they can't see (Can't see) / Swear I burn twenty Ms, 2018 (Yeah) / Like I play for the Bills, goin' O-D (They thought I was dead) / N----s tend to get rich and they act weird (Act weird) / How you walkin' up the party with your butt pierced? (Mm, uh)"

In an attempt to provide fans with a unique listening experience across formats, the rapper has delivered limited edition vinyls for the album. It includes a surprise feature from Playboi Carti on Thought I Was Dead.

Tyler, the Creator's limited edition Chromakopia vinyl switches up ScHoolboy Q's feature, with a Playboi Carti verse. The duo first worked together on EARFQUAKE, included in Tyler's Grammy-winning album Igor.

"Still poppin' my s--t outside, I ain't do it for the 'Gram or the 'net / Feelin' like a zombie, I can't miss / Double R clean, let's go fishin' / Tryna move like us, them shoes don't fit / No, I'm not a striker, I can get it lit (Hm)" - Playboi Carti raps on 'Thought I Was Dead' vinyl exclusive.

Other artists that make appearances on Tyler, the Creator's Chromakopia, supporting the production through ad-lib performances and additional writing credits include WILLOW, Santigold, and Paul "Ngozi" Nyirongo.
