Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber have been friends since their early days in the music industry. Both the singer-songwriters have a lot in common; the two are only one year apart, started making music in their teenage years, and are also entrepreneurs besides being singers.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Justin Bieber's current net worth is estimated to be $300 million, while Grande's is at $240 million. This makes the Sorry singer richer among the two.

Bieber's higher net worth could be attributed to the fact that his career as a singer kickstarted three years before Ari's did.

Despite being younger than Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber started making music long before her

Justin Bieber, born in 1994, is a year younger than Ariana Grande. However, in terms of music, the Love Yourself singer has a seniority over Ari, as he signed with his record label at the age of 13, and released his debut album - My World - at 16. So far, Bieber has released 6 studio albums, 3 compilation albums, and 2 EPs.

Ariana Grande, 31, released her debut album - Yours Truly - when she was 20, and has since recorded 7 studio albums, 2 compilations and EPs each.

A significant portion of Grande and Bieber's earnings also come from their tours and live peformances. While both singer-songwriters have done 4 world tours each, Justin's promotional tour and live performance count is much higher than that of the 7 Rings singer.

Both celebrities have attempted to document their lives. Bieber released his first documentary, Never Say Never, in 2011, while Grande's Netflix documentary, Excuse Me, I Love You, came out in December 2020. The same year, Justin dropped a 10-episode-long docu-series - Seasons - on YouTube.

Besides music, both singers are also involved in entrepreneurial routes on the side. In 2018, Beiber launched a clothing line with his friend Ryan Good, called Drew House. On the other hand, Grande's makeup and skincare line - r.e.m. beauty - was launched in 2021. The NASA singer has also launched dozens of fragrances over the years.

Justin and Ari also earn from their lucrative brand partnerships. Among Bieber's partnerships are Calvin Klein, Adidas, Walmart, and Proactive. Grande is partnered with Reebok, Givenchy, Starbucks, and MAC Cosmetics. Earlier in July, she was also announced to be the brand ambassador of Swarovski.

While Ariana Grande released her seventh studio album - Eternal Sunshine - earlier this year, Bieber's seventh album is still in the making.

Ariana Grande and Justin Beiber have both supported each other openly whenever needed. In 2020, amidst the lockdown of the COVID pandemic, the duo collaborated on a single, Stuck With U, that they co-wrote and sang for a charitable cause.

The revenue generated from the sales and streams of the song, which debuted atop the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in no time, was later used to fund the scholarships of children of the first responders of COVID, who were impacted by the disease. The music video of the song showcased parts of Bieber's isolated life with his wife, Hailey, as well as Grande spending time with her then-boyfriend, Dalton Gomez.
