On October 15, a woman named Ashley Parham filed a new lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs and several of his associates at the San Francisco District Court for the Northern District of California amid his ongoing legal troubles.

Parham has accused Combs of gang r*ping her in March 2018 in the Contra Costa suburban region of Orinda, California. She claimed that one evening in February 2018, she met a man named Shane Pearce at a local bar who seemed to know Combs.

As per The U.S. Sun, in an effort to impress Parham, Peacre Facetimed Combs. However, she was not happy about it and declared how she believed Diddy had “something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.” In response, the Love Album maker reportedly threatened to make her “pay” for her remark.

A month later, when Ashley Parham was reportedly at Shane Pearce’s home in Orinda to help him with his cancer medications, the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly arrived with a group and s*xually assaulted her with the help of Pearce [Doe 1], and his bodyguard/assistant Kristina Khorram [Doe 2], among others.

The lawsuit has also alleged that when a police officer arrived after the incident, they took no legal measures against the hip-hop mogul, nor did he offer any help to Parham. The plaintiff is suing Diddy, Kristina Khorram, Shane Pearce, and four other unidentified people.

Exploring in more detail about Ashley Parham’s lawsuit against Diddy

Sean Combs remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center on the charges of racketeering conspiracy, s*x trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution amid this new lawsuit.

Ashley Parham claimed that Diddy and his associates allegedly gang-r*ped her in Orinda six and a half years back. As per the court documents, the alleged victim held the Combs responsible for 2Pac’s 1996 fatal shooting in Las Vegas, which apparently left him angry and unhappy.

Later, at a mutual friend’s house where Parham was present, the Bad Boy Records founder reportedly “entered… in a ‘ready to party’ manner” with his driver, bodyguard, assistant, and others. He allegedly threatened to slash Ashley's face with a knife and give her a “Glasgow smile” for her comment and that he could send her "anywhere in the world and she would never see her family or anyone else she knew ever again."

Following this, Shane Pearce, along with Sean Combs, allegedly undressed Parham by force and “sprayed” her with baby oil. Diddy’s security, assistant, and "right-hand woman," Kristina Khorram, purportedly tried to put an IUD inside her genitalia.

Parham also claimed that Combs allegedly r*ped her and used a TV remote to do so. As per the suit, they tried to record it.

“Diddy then instructed defendant Shane to put a pillow over [Parham’s] head because he didn’t want to see her face or hear her cries…” the suit claimed.

Ashley Parham has also accused the men of allegedly drugging her, calling her a prostitute, and claiming that the incident was consensual. When she tried to walk away with the clothes and confronted them with a knife, a neighbor reportedly heard them, gave her shelter, and called the cops, even though Diddy allegedly pulled his gun on them.

As per SFist, a Contra Costa County sheriff’s deputy responded but “did not offer to take Plaintiff home, nor did he call for emergency services including an ambulance, nor any offer to take Plaintiff to the hospital, nor any offer to help Plaintiff recover her clothes or effects from Defendant Shane’s residence.”

The reported victim allegedly informed the Walnut Creek and Orinda police departments later but didn’t name Diddy as she was scared for her life and thought nobody would believe her. Reportedly, no investigation was ever opened.

The suit also mentioned how Combs allegedly tried to give her money in exchange for her silence and threatened her family when she warned him of legal consequences.

The woman is currently suing Diddy and his associates for s*xual assault, battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping, demanding a jury trial.

Sean Combs has denied his involvement in Tupac Shakur’s murder multiple times in the past. However, last year, when Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested and charged with the killing, he claimed that Diddy offered him $1 million to take 2Pac’s life. His trial is scheduled for November 2024.

Meanwhile, Combs’ federal trial will begin in May 2025. Until then, he will remain in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
