Hailing from Santee, California, United States, Alex Bowen is a veteran water polo player who is regarded as one of the best shooters in the game. He was the captain of his senior and junior water polo teams at Santana High School. Bowen also played college men’s water polo for the Stanford Cardinal at Stanford University from 2011-2014. During his time there, he became the first water polo player to earn ACWPC First Team All-American honors four times since Tony Azevedo from 2001-2004.
