In 2023, she graduated with a degree in Economics from Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, United States. Prior to her career in rugby, Ariana began participating in competitive cheerleading at the age of 10. As a high school student at Upper Merion High School, she started playing rugby while also competing in cheerleading. After discovering her first rugby club at a school sign-up table, she went on to compete with notable teams such as Whitehorse Rugby and Atlantis Rugby. She later enrolled at Dartmouth College and earned a spot in the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. She was also named MVP of the 2022 NIRA Division Championship.

Ariana is currently assigned to the wing position for the Atlantis Rugby Club. She made her Olympic debut at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and became the first female rugby player from Big Green (Dartmouth College) to compete in the Games. At the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, she will represent the United States for the second time, alongside her teammates Lauren Doyle, Naya Tapper, Alena Olsen, Alev Kelter, Alex Sedrick, Ilona Maher, Kayla Canett, Sarah Levy, and Steph Rovetti.
