Simone Biles's Olympics journey so far
Simone Biles has been one of the most prominent gymnasts when it comes to the Olympics. Since her debut in the 2016 edition of the quadrennial event, Biles has never looked back.

After a dream start to her Olympic career, Biles faced a huge setback during the Tokyo Olympics 2020 when she started experiencing twisties, a state that causes a disconnection between the mind and the body.

"That’s the path that I would love to go. "
She also explained the need for her self-care in her preparatory stages:
"I think I have to take care of myself a little bit more and listen to my body. Making sure that I’m making time for the important things in my life rather than before it was just like go, go, go and then making time after."
Biles is reported to be making a comeback during the US Classic in Hartford in the next month.
