In May 2020, Jeff got back to school for his masters program at Devry University, where he studied accounting and financial management with an emphasis on finance for about 18 months. Concurrently, he was able to benefit from the university online program, which permitted him to play professionally. He went on to win the German Championship and Super Cup with the Berlin Recycling Volleys and was also an Olympic alternate during his university spell.
