Kelee Lepage is an American professional field hockey defender with the U.S. National Team. She is a native of Honey Brook, PA, and attended Twin Valley School and the University of Maryland, where she graduated in 2020. She was first named to the U.S. Women's National Team in January 2020 and earned her first cap against the Netherlands. Kelee had a successful NCAA career before joining the National Team. She was named to the All-Big Ten Academic Team and the NFHCA Mid-Atlantic Region Second Team.

Kelee has represented the USA in several major competitions, including the Pan American Cup and the FIH Pro League. She started with the U-19 U.S. National Team squad and later played on the U-21 team and eventually in the senior team. Kelee is the daughter of Joseph and Joanie Lepage.

Kelee played four years in the school team, helping them win three Berks County titles and the 2015 PIAA AA State title. She was named a Second Team All-American and an Academic All-American in her senior year. Additionally, she was honored with the Berks County Player of the Year.

Kelee was a member of the Under-19 Junior National Field Hockey Team and toured Belgium and Germany. She also participated in track and field and was named in the 4X100 relay All-Division Team. Keele also played for the X-Calibur Hockey Club, serving as the team captain in her senior year.
