At the age of 20, he became the youngest Olympic wrestling champion in American history and the youngest World Champion in American wrestling history.

Cael Sanderson is the head coach of the Penn State Nittany Lions wrestling team. A former Olympic gold medalist and four-time NCAA champion with an impressive college career (159-0), Sanderson has transformed Penn State into a wrestling powerhouse since taking over as the head coach in 2009.
