Madeleine Wanamaker aka Maddie Wanamaker is an American rower and elite athlete representing USRowing. She is a full-time rower for the U.S. National Team, competing internationally for the U.S., since September 2017. Notably, at the 2018 World Rowing Championships, she secured a gold medal in the women's coxless four event. Additionally, during the Tokyo 2021 Summer Olympics, she represented her country as part of the Women's Four team, finishing with a victory in the B Final and ultimately placing seventh overall.
Wanamaker joined the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2013 and became a member of the Wisconsin Badgers rowing women's team. She graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences Communications. During her tenure with the Badgers, she achieved several honors: Second-Team CRCA All-Region (2017), Second-Team All-Big Ten (2017), and was recognized for her academic excellence as an Academic All-Big Ten selection from 2015 to 2017 and named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar in 2017.

Pieter Quinton hails from Portland, Oregon. He attended Grant High School before matriculating at Harvard University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Government after four years of rigorous academic study. Following his undergraduate education, he transferred to the University of Washington as a graduate student for the 2020-21 academic year.
During his time at Harvard, in 2019, as a junior, he contributed to the success of the Crimson's second varsity eight crew and earned recognition on the IRA All-Academic team due to his academic excellence; notably achieving victory at Eastern Sprints that same year.
