Megan Valzonis is an American field hockey player, competing in the U.S. National Team and a member of the RUSH club. Born on March 15, 1999, Megan played with the University of California before becoming a professional.

Megan made her junior international debut in 2019, representing the U.S. U-21 team in a test series against Germany. Her senior international debut came in 2021 during a test series against Canada in Chula Vista. Since then, she has been a regular member of the national team and competed in several seasons of the FIH Pro League and numerous test series. In June 2024, Megan was named in the Team USA squad for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Megan is the daughter of Jeff and Tracy Rodger. She is married to Stuart Valzonis and her former name is Megan Rodger.

Megan was born to Jeff and Tracy Rodger and grew up alongside her two sisters Racquel and Kristin. Kristin is a labor and delivery nurse at Scripps Health. Her parents tied the knot on July 14, 1990. Growing up, Megan attended Serra High School and played for Rush Field Hockey before playing college field hockey for California.

She is the fourth player from the University of California to become an Olympian in field hockey and also the first to represent the United States since Sheryl Johnson and Marcy Place in 1988.

Megan debuted in the U.S. National Team in 2021 and since then, she has played 23 games for the team, scoring three goals. During her time at the University of California, she helped the Golden Bears from 2017-2019. She ranks fourth in career goals (43) and fifth in career points (87) in the program's history.
