Meghan Musnicki is a professional athlete representing the United States in rowing. She started her journey with Team USA in September 2009 and has since achieved remarkable success in multiple international competitions, including the Olympics. A three-time Olympian and five-time World Champion, Meghan earned gold medals twice as part of the women's eight team at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Additionally, she has participated in six World Rowing Championships in the W8+ event, securing five gold medals and one bronze. Notably, Meghan has qualified to represent the United States again at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.

In terms of education, Meghan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ithaca College, which she obtained in 2005 after transferring from St. Lawrence University. While studying at Ithaca College, she rowed for its varsity eight boat that secured a gold medal by winning the grand final at the NCAA Championships in 2004.

Following her graduation, Meghan joined USRowing and continued to compete internationally as well as participate in Olympic events. Since August 2016, she has also served as a Lead Consultant and Managing Director while delivering motivational speeches and keynote addresses. Currently, she has been working as an Operations Specialist at Equinix since March 2022 and serves as an Associate Researcher at CSIRO US starting December 2021.
