Natalia Grossman's love for rock climbing started young. At just six years old, she discovered the thrill of scaling walls at the Pacific Edge climbing gym in her hometown of Santa Cruz, California. This initial experience sparked a passion in Grossman, and she knew she wanted to turn this hobby into a successful career.

Determined to improve her skills and challenge herself further, Grossman joined the Zero Gravity climbing team. This decision, however, brought a new hurdle, the team trained at Berkeley Ironworks, a facility located nearly an hour and a half away from her home. Despite the added travel time, Natalia's dedication shone through, which has shown excellent results till date.

This came about due to her family's decision to relocate from Santa Cruz, California to Boulder in 2015. The primary reason for this relocation was to enable Natalia to train with the prestigious Team ABC under the guidance of Robyn Erbesfield-Raboutou, a renowned coach and the mother of Olympian Brooke Raboutou. The move was a strategic decision aimed at accelerating Natalia's climbing career. Remarkably, Grossman graduated from Fairview in 2019.

Furthermore, her accomplishments in the world of competitive climbing have been remarkable, including winning gold and silver medals at the 2021 IFSC Climbing World Championships and accumulating 19 podium finishes at World Cup events, with nine gold medals. In October 2023, she qualified for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris by winning the boulder & lead combined competition at the 2023 Pan American Games.
