Olympic medalist Hezly Rivera recently shared some of her best moments of the Paris Olympics. The 16-year-old gymnast indulged in a Q&A session on Instagram with her followers.
Rivera was asked as to what was her best moment from the Paris Olympics, to which the young gymnast cheekily responded by sharing a photo from the team celebrations after USA won the women's artistic gymnastics team all-around gold medal.
However, that wasn't all. From her favorite food at the quadrennial event at the Paris to her favorite gymnastics event, the young gymnast. Rivera also made it clear that she would make it count at the Los Angeles Olympics, scheduled to be held in July 2028.
Hezly Rivera was the youngest participant amongst the five main gymnasts representing Team USA in the women's artistic gymnastics at the Paris Olympics. Though she did not participate in the finals, Rivera won the gold medal by the virtue of her participation in the qualification round.

Hezly Rivera had a relatively successful season in 2024. Recently, the 16-year-old gymnast revealed her plans for the future seasons, i.e. from 2025 onwards.
“I don’t know yet," Rivera said in an interview with Olympics.com. "You’ll probably see me at Classics… or Winter Cup. We’ll see how prepared I am or what I feel like, so we’re just taking that very slow, one step at a time.”
Rivera also explained her long term goals, which include the forthcoming World Championships, as well as the Los Angeles Olympics. The gymnast further added
“My goals are the 2025 Worlds, and ’26, ’27, and then the Olympics in 2028. Those are my long-term goals. But, obviously, I have little goals to worry about each and every day. I just set tiny goals, not just every day, but like every month, and just take it one step at a time and see where it takes me."
Hezly Rivera will soon be seen in action during the NCAA collegiate season of 2025, where she will represent the LSU Tigers. The 16-year-old gymnast will also hope to make it big at the World Championships in 2025.
