Alica Schmidt showcased her reaction to flaunting her Olympics tattoo for the first time. The athlete wrapped up her 2024 season after competing at the Paris Olympics.
The German athlete got an Olympic ring tattoo inked on her lower right hip in honor of participating in the Paris Games. She got it done by a Berlin-based artist in November 2024 and shared the update with her followers on social media. Schmidt has now flaunted her tattoo for the first time by sharing a mirror selfie in her Instagram story. She donned a two-piece sporty wear, flaunting her tattoo on the lower hip, and wrote:
"Showed off my tattoo for the first time. Love it so much," wrote Alica Schmidt.
Schmidt was ecstatic after she got her tattoo done for the first time and shared her experience on her social media. Offering a peek into her tattoo in November, she expressed:
"I'm soo happy. It turned out exactly how I wanted it. Thank you @ninostitches."
Ahead of this, she competed at the Paris Olympics but fell short of winning any medals in the event. She competed in the qualifying round of the women's 4x100m relay, where she and her team ended up in seventh place, eliminating themselves from the final round.
Following this, she squared off in the mixed 4x100m relay event, facing the same fate as the previous one, and ended up again in seventh position, leading to their disqualification from the finals. This shattered the German's Olympic dreams, and following this, she went on a four-week vacation with her friends.
