Schmidt was training in the subtropical highland of Dullstroom Mpumalanga in South Africa. For New Year's Eve, Schmidt opted for white shiny leather pants and paired them with a low-cut white bodysuit top that featured a triangular design made with mesh fabric. She enhanced the look with a white classy blazer that complemented her outfit well.
The German sprinter and social media sensation completed the look with a set of jewelry, including multiple rings and neckpieces. Sharing her picture in the white chic outfit, she wrote:

Soon after her second appearance at the Olympics during the 2024 Paris Games, Alica Schmidt was seen navigating a tight itinerary, embracing her well and long deserved break.
Schmidt visited multiple locations for a quick retreat, relaxing during the off-season by spending time at multiple beaches in several cities - Sicily, Maldives, Cape Town, Koh Phangan, and the Bahamas. She rode a jet ski and participated in a charity run at St. Regis Maldives Vammuli.
Sharing a few glimpses from her multiple relaxing getaways, she wrote:
