Turkish shooting star Yusuf Dikec became an overnight sensation at the Paris Olympics 2024 after winning silver in the mixed 10-meter air pistol event. Upon reaching his home, Dikec struck a pose with his right hand mimicking a gun with his non-shooting hand casually resting in his pocket.
On July 30, Dikec participated in the mixed 10-meter air pistol event alongside Şevval İlayda Tarhan, where he caught everyone's attention as he competed without any shooting gear and chose to wear his usual spectacles instead. Following that, his pose broke the internet and was later replicated by several other Olympic champions, such as Mondo Duplantis.
