Two-time World Championships medalist Anna Hall was recently spotted in her hurdles training session ahead of the 2025 season. This comes three months after the 23-year-old heptathlete concluded her track calendar at the 2024 quadrennial event.

With some big tournaments coming next year such as the World Championships, Hall started her preparations in October after taking a break from track for a couple of months.

Hall took to her Instagram handle on November 12 to share glimpses of her hurdles training in her story. In the post, the 23-year-old can be seen jumping over the hurdles with a black hat and track wardrobe with a pair of white running shoes. She wrote in her story:

Anna Hall had a disappointing season with her heptathlon hurdles event in the 2024 season. She finished sixth in this discipline during the 2024 Olympics with a run time of 13.36 seconds. Hall's season-best run time of 13.34 seconds in the 100m hurdles event at the US Olympics trials, was not among the top three finishes in that race.

Anna Hall opened up about her struggles of competing in track and field meets after her surgery. The Denver native went through knee surgery at the Steadman Clinic, Colorado earlier this year in January.

In an interview with NBC Sports in June this year, Hall said that she faced a difficult time in her practice sessions after coming back from her surgery. She also mentioned the belief and support people around her showed toward her which motivated her to 'believe' in the process.

"This year has been so hard," Anna Hall said. "When I had surgery in January, it was so hard. There were so many days that I left practice defeated. I thought about quitting and everyone around me was always just like, 'No, we're doing this. We can do it.' And they did that until I started to believe too."

This interview came after the 2024 US Olympics Track and Field trials where she won with a 6614 score. This was an impressive improvement compared to her performance at the 2021 Olympic trials where Hall fractured her bone after hitting a hurdle during the 100m hurdles heptathlon combined event.
