Ahead of the 2025 season, Anna Hall reacted to her mural by a fan, who did it for the interiors of a gym. Hall competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics, finishing fifth in the heptathlon.
Anna Hall, the North American indoor record holder for the pentathlon, vied for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics but hit the eighth hurdle in the 100m hurdles heat at the Olympic trials, thus missing out on her debut Games dream. She made up for her loss at the 2024 US Olympic trials, taking the heptathlon win and securing a spot on the Paris Olympic roster.
Her performance at the Paris finals earned her fifth place in the heptathlon event. After enjoying the off-season, she took to her Instagram story on January 9, 2025, to react to a mural of hers done by a fan at a gym instructor's request.

Hall rang in the New Year's with a note of gratitude for the 2024 season with a collection of memorable moments, penning:
"Bye 2024. 2024 was a lot. a lot of priceless moments (too many to count!), a lot of family, a lot of challenges & growth, but soo much fun. this life is a blessing."
Anna Hall competed for the University of Georgia and the University of Florida. As a Gator, she won the indoor and outdoor NCAA Division I Championships in both pentathlon and heptathlon. Her contribution at the NCAA Indoor Championships helped her team win the first indoor title in 30 years.
At the Texas Relays, she broke her heptathlon personal best and surpassed Jackie Joyner-Kersee's collegiate record from 1983.
Anna Hall had written words of affirmation before her Olympic stint in Paris
Hall, the heptathlon silver medalist at the 2023 World Championships, was mentally prepared to have a second shot at the Olympic Games after her Tokyo setback. having undergone knee surgery in late 2023, the 23-year-old strengthened her mind and wrote some words of affirmation before her US Olympic trials appearance.
"This is my event, my title, my spot. I’m gonna take it and I’ve done everything I could possibly do to get here. Now it’s time to have fun," as per her journal entries. (via Olympics.com)
