Arnold Schwarzenegger started his journey in bodybuilding at 15 in his hometown of Thal, Austria. He was motivated by a local bodybuilder and recognized the opportunity to transform his physique and take this passion to an international level.

Schwarzenegger's won the Mr. Plympia competition seven times (1970 - 1975, 1980). Additionally, he claimed the Mr. World title in 1968 and the Mr. Europe title in 1969.

Reflecting on the achievements, during an episode of the Impaulsive podcast in February 2022, Logan Paul asked:

"Why do you still come to the gym, you know, 75 years old, you did the Mr Universe."

The bodybuilding icon explained that his commitment to working out is natural just like daily activities like eating and sleeping. He compared going to the gym to having breakfast. Reflecting on his passion he said:

"For the same reason is as why am I having breakfast today? I had breakfast yesterday. I had breakfast ten years ago, and why am I still having breakfast? It's like why am I still sleeping? I slept 5- 20 years ago, 10 years ago, I'm still sleeping."

He further explained that working out is deeply rooted in his life and that he will continue until his last day. He added:

"It the same is with training. Training is part of my life. It's that simple. Nothing will ever change until I die. I will be working out and I will be having a great time in the gym. And I will be getting the pump and I want to feel good"

After the 1975 Mr. Olmypia contest, Arnold Schwarzenegger retired from professional bodybuilding.
