Tara Davis-Woodhall and her husband Hunter Woodhall had great runs at the quadrennial Games held in Paris. With the couple winning their first gold medal in the Paris Olympics and Paralympics respectively, they shared a glimpse of their time in the French capital as they reminisced over one of the most successful Olympic campaigns of their career.

Tara Davis-Woodhall won the gold medal in the women's long jump with a performance of 7.10m. On the other hand, her husband Hunter concluded his Paralympic campaign with two medals. He defeated the Tokyo Paralympic gold medalist Johannes Floors after a dominant performance in the men's 400m T-62. Additionally, he won the bronze medal in the 4x100m universal relay.

Davis-Woodhall took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her Paris Olympics journey as she recalled one of the most successful campaigns of her career.

"Been basking in all the glory recently. i’ve just been wanting to take all these moments in and LIVE. Hunter and I always say these are the moments and quite literally this is the moment. i’m so proud of us and our team for just kicking ass. we stayed present and took it day by day. we brought three medals home🥇🥇🥉… in that honor here’s a long paralympic photo dump ✨enjoy✨," she wrote.

After putting forward great performances in the 2024 season, Tara Davis-Woodhall emerged victorious in the women's long jump at the Paris Olympics. She took to Instagram to express her emotions on winning her first-ever Olympic medal.

Believing in the power of manifestation, Davis-Woodhall revealed how she brought her dream to life.

"It’s been 8 days since I’ve come off my win. 8 days since I've accomplished something I’ve dreamed for so long about. 8 days since I’ve processed what this truly means. I’ve changed the sport. I brought eyes to the long jump. I’ve manifested everything I’ve dreamed of and it’s all coming true," she wrote.
" Thank you to my team for allowing me to keep my dreams alive. @tracktravis479 thank you for holding me accountable at every practice. allowing me to be who i am and not dull my brightness but add to it. Big thank you to @nicgeo1 for allowing Coach to be gone way too much for far too long. @trackstrength thank you making me fall in love with getting strong and confident in my body. showing me that being strong is the best way to win a Gold Medal," she added.

Further, she thanked her husband for his unwavering support throughout her journey to the Olympic gold medal.
