Belgrade Indoor Meeting 2025: Schedule, where to watch, athletes to watch out for ft. Miltiadis Tentoglou

The 2025 Belgrade Indoor Meeting is scheduled to take center stage on January 29, Wednesday, at the Banjica Athletic Hall in Serbia. This is the second Gold meeting of the World Athletics Indoor Tour, which began with the Astana Indoor Meet for the Amin Tuyakov Prizes on January 25.

Double Olympic long jump gold medalist Miltiadis Tentoglou will be one of the biggest attractions of the meeting. The 26-year-old is also known for being a two-time World Indoor and three-time European Indoor champion.

In the men's 60m, the USA's Ronnie Baker will face 2023 European champion Samuele Ceccarelli, who defeated Tokyo Olympics gold medalist Marcell Jacobs to claim the title. They are expected to face a challenge from Demek Kemp, Ali Anwar Al-Balushi and Ján Volko.

Meanwhile, the women’s 60m consists of a star-studded line-up including Australia’s sprint sensation Torrie Lewis, the 2024 World Indoor Championships medalist Zaynab Dosso, among others. Last year’s world indoor medalist Pia Skrzyszowska and Nadine Visser, the double European Indoors gold medalist, and Irish hurdler Sarah Lavin are the ones to watch out for in the women’s 60m hurdles.

Some other athletes to watch out for at the Belgrade Indoor Meeting are Angelina Topic, Roger Steen, and Asmir Kolasinac among prominent names.
