Christian Coleman is gearing up for the 2025 track season as he has started his training sessions for the same. The American athlete concluded his 2024 track season after competing at the Brussels Diamond League.

The Paris Olympics campaign did not turn out as expected for Coleman as he fell short of making it to the finals of any event. He first competed in the men's 100m dash, where he earned a fourth-place finish behind Noah Lyles, Kenny Bednarek, and Fred Kerley.

Following this, he competed in the 200m dash but again ended in fourth place behind Lyles, Bednarek, and Erriyon Knighton, falling short of making it to the finals of any event. He had one chance of winning an Olympic medal as he competed in the 4x100m relay but was disqualified because of a botch during baton exchange.

Months after this, the athlete is now preparing for the 2025 track season, and the Star Athletics have shared glimpses of him training with other athletes, such as Courtney Lindsey, Brendon Stewart, and a few more. The caption of the post read:

"Kicked in another gear for the New Year #2025ready."

Christian Coleman recently turned heads with his appearance at the Bowerman Award presentation, where he donned a black t-shirt, black jeans, and layered it up with a white jacket. Along with this, he also wore a pair of sunglasses.

After competing at the Paris Olympics, Christian Coleman competed in the Brussels Diamond League in the 100m dash, where he earned a second-place finish. Following this, he spoke about his 2025 goals in the post-match interview with Citius Mag, where he said that he would be reaching the goals he knows he is capable of reaching.

Along with this, Coleman also said that he wanted to make the most out of his talent and revealed that he has 'no specific goals' for the upcoming season (via Pulse Sports):

Coleman said:

"I would say to be determined, we talked about it a little bit but we’ll see how things go in the next few months… I think the big plan for me, or the big goal for me is just… I feel like I have been in the highest highs of the sport and the lowest lows and for me, putting it all out together and reaching my goals that I know I’m capable of achieving".

Coleman added:

“I want to maximize my full talent and ability while I still have it right now, so, I don’t know, no specific goals looking into next season just yet but I just want to be at my best. I know I haven’t been performing the way I’m capable of, so just putting it all out together is the main thing for next season."

Coleman is yet to win an Olympic medal as he couldn't participate in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, citing a ban because he missed several of his doping tests.
