Sixteen national relay teams earned their spot in each event for the 2024 Paris Olympics. The world's most glorious sporting event will feature five team events in the track and field category, including men's and women's 4x100m relay, men's and women's 4x400m relay, and mixed 4x400m relay.

The heat and the final rounds of the five relay events, for both male and female athletes, will be held over three days on August 8, 9, and 10 in Paris. The USA relay team will compete in four events, excluding the men's 4x400m relay, in which they faced a disqualification at the 2024 World Athletics Relay.

The men's and women's 4x100m USA team will be the frontrunner to dominate the event. The men's 4x100m relay team, including Courtney Lindsey, Kenny Bednarek, Kyree King, and Noah Lyles clocked a stunning world lead of 37.40 seconds at the World Athletics Relay 2024. The women's team, consisting of Tamari Davis, Gabby Thomas, Celera Barnes, and Melissa Jefferson, meanwhile, posted an impressive 41.85 seconds

Both teams are favorites to win the event after proving their prospects and securing victory at the 2023 World Athletics Championships. The U.S. women's 4x400m relay team will vie for the glorious feat by competing against the British, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Canadian, and Dutch relay squads.

The American squad will lock horns with the Dutch, Irish, and French athletes after stealing the show in the mixed 4x400m relay event at the 2024 World Athletics Relays in the Bahamas.
