Jamaican track and field athlete Elaine Thompson-Herah manifested her 'blessings' at the onset of a new month. The 32-year-old track athlete is a firm believer in the almighty and has emphasized heavily on this stance.
She shared a note expressing her manifestations for the upcoming month. She asked for blessings from the almighty, and better financial and emotional health in her note, which she posted with Agnes Dei's "Holy Holy Lord God Almighty" in the background.
Thompson-Herah wrote in her Instagram stories:
"1st of December I am manifesting unexpected blessings, financial stability, peace of mind, emotional healing and strength. May this month bring me peace and overflowing happiness and success."
Elaine Thompson-Herah had a disappointing season in 2024, which was majorly shortened due to injuries. She competed in just two meets, the Prefontaine Classic and the USATF New York City Grand Prix, securing ninth-place finishes in both the races.
Due to an Achilles injury suffered at the New York Grand Prix, the 32-year-old sprinter also failed to compete at the Jamaican trials and subsequently the 2024 Summer Olympics, where she was in contention to defend the Women's 100m and 200m titles.

Elaine Thompson-Herah shed light on her plans in the track after recovering from injuries.
She said that she's fully aware of her abilities and prowess and mentioned that she wants to do "great things" after recovering from her injuries. The 32-year-old Jamaican athlete added that she wants to contribute much more to the track and inspire young track and field athletes.
Thompson-Herah said (via Pulse Sports Kenya):
"I know my capabilities and once I overcome my injuries and obstacles I know I will do great things because I am greatness, and I’m history, and I want to do more on the track and create history and leave a legacy behind for the young girls and boys.”
In 2025, Thompson-Herah has some important meets coming ahead of her, like the World Championships, where she hasn't won an individual gold medal. Her only gold laurel in the event came in 2015 as a part of Jamaica's 4x100m relay team.
